TICKETS

Registration & Payment

• Each participant must complete the registration form individually.

• In case of a leader/follower imbalance within the Lindy Hop tracks (per level), participants of the exceeding role will be placed on a waiting list upon registration.

• All participants are required to complete the payment within 14 days of registration.

Transfer Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying Rhythm Studio at least 7 days before the event with the new participant’s details (full name and contact information).

• Each pass is strictly personal and can only be used by the registered participant (or approved transfer recipient).

Liability & Schedule Changes

• Rhythm Studio accepts no responsibility for unforeseen events or conditions, including instructor illness or force majeure.

• Rhythm Studio reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule before or during the festival.

Photography & Media

• By registering, participants grant permission to be photographed and filmed during the event. These materials may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be captured, please notify an organizer or photographer on-site.

• Rhythm Studio is committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone — regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, age, disability, physical appearance, body size, dance level, or preferred role.
